At a very young age, I was being taught by my father about nutrition and its importance. Growing up, my interest in nutrition grows. I always think that the body can heal itself when it is given ample of nutrients, having plenty of rest, free from psychological and mental stress and lots of exercise. It is these four pillars of wellness that maintain one’s healthy mind and body. We do not always need orthodox way to cope with simple illness. We ourselves are the one who should take control of our own mind and body, because it is the only thing that belongs to us.

Being a therapist, I wish to help people to achieve their own optimal health by providing consultation. I strongly believed that by adopting the combination of food nutrition, supplement, and lifestyle changes, we can minimise the damage caused by toxin, delay the onset of certain chronic disease, or even reverse or eliminate the chronic state of certain organ.
